At Salerno Design Studio, we believe in being transparent about how we work. Artificial intelligence has become a meaningful part of the modern creative and development process, and we want our clients to understand exactly how — and how much — we use it.

How We Use AI

We incorporate AI tools selectively at various stages of our workflow, including:

• Copywriting assistance — AI may be used to draft, refine, or suggest website copy. All copy is reviewed, edited, and approved by Tony Salerno before it is presented to or deployed for a client.
• Code generation and development — AI tools assist with writing and reviewing front-end code. Every line is evaluated, tested, and validated by our team before deployment.
• Research and strategy — We may use AI to research industry trends, competitor positioning, and SEO opportunities that inform our recommendations.
• Workflow automation — Certain internal processes, such as form handling and data routing, are powered by AI-assisted automation tools.

What AI Does Not Replace

AI is a tool, not a creative director. The following are always handled by Tony Salerno and our team directly:

• Creative direction, design decisions, and visual strategy
• Client communication, discovery, and relationship management
• Brand positioning and strategic recommendations
• Final review and approval of all deliverables before client presentation or launch

Every project delivered by Salerno Design Studio carries the judgment, taste, and accountability of a human professional — not a prompt.

Client Data and Privacy

We do not submit identifiable client data, proprietary business information, or confidential materials into AI systems without explicit client knowledge and consent. When AI tools are used in connection with client work, we take care to use anonymized or generalized inputs wherever possible.

Accuracy and Limitations

AI-generated content can contain errors, outdated information, or outputs that require human correction. We take full responsibility for the accuracy and quality of anything we deliver, regardless of what tools were used in the process. If you ever have questions about a specific deliverable, we are happy to discuss how it was produced.

Our Position

We are honest about using AI because we think transparency builds better client relationships. The studios that pretend AI doesn't exist in their workflow aren't doing you any favors. What matters is that the work is excellent, accurate, and genuinely serves your business — and that a real person is accountable for every deliverable.
